Every other Friday evening we will be gathering for a 1 hour guided meditation.

Alternating between:

  • ​An evening of guided meditation with Sound Healing crystal singing bowls.

  • An evening of guided meditation with gentle movement and breath work.

 

Class Start Time: 7pm (1 hour)

A single class ~ $25 per person
